Hello, my name is Corey Bullock. I’m a project manager with New England Ductless. And what I’d like to speak to you about today are the incentives that are available to people who are looking to switch over to a heat pump system for their home.

The state government, I don’t know if you’ve heard, has actually come up with a mandate that they need to switch-over over 1 million homes to heat pumps by 2030. So in order to do that, they’ve actually provided some pretty fantastic rebates and other incentives, and I’d like to talk to you about that.

The first is the Whole Home Rebate Program, which is up to $10,000 for people who want to actually either physically remove their current heating system, or agree not to use that current heating system who install ductless heat pumps or any sort of heat pump.

The next is the Mass Save Program, which has a 0% heat load, which is seven years at 0% fixed. No back end charges, no strings attached. It’s a completely interest-free loan, meant specifically for people who want to become more energy efficient in the switch over to heat pumps for their houses.

And lastly, we do have the new Inflation Reduction Act, which was recently signed, which will provide some additional federal tax credits to people who are looking to do this, as well.

And in summary, there are a lot of great rebates available for people who are looking to do this. Talk to us about it and we’ll be able to tell you exactly what you qualify for.
