Dom was phenomenal today and demonstrated clear expertise on my heating/cooling system. I had some concerns around the effectiveness of my ductless heat pump which he evaluated, He communicated his findings in laymans terms which made it very easy to understand how the system operates in relation to my concerns. He also offered suggestions on next steps to rectify my concerns, which made a ton of sense to me, none of which included additional sales/billing from NED. Dom then went above and beyond with a few other suggestions on maintenance and cleaning of the ductless system as well as some suggestions on my boiler. A consummate professional that had the consumers best interest in mind. This is exactly how all service providers should do business.
